The space
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
This 2-story home has a glorious master bedroom with a spa-like en suite on the 2nd floor. Adorned with a King size bed, the master has two of its own private decks and windows with 270 degrees views that look out toward endless, bucolic vineyard landscapes. The master bedroom also has a working fireplace and ceiling fan. The en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities with granite counters and tile floors, a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, a private water closet, an oversized, walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.
Downstairs, 3 additional bedrooms await. Bedroom two has a King size bed, ceiling fan and a desk for those that may have to work. The bed can split apart into two twin beds. Bedroom three also has a King size bed that can split into two twin beds, along with a ceiling fan and work desk. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a beautifully renovated bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom four, with another spa-like en suite, is located at the end of hall in the bedroom wing of the house and features a King bed and direct access to the outside. The large en suite has a dual vanity with granite counters, a 6’ slipper, soaking tub, huge walk-in shower and a private water closet.
All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have hotel-quality luxe linens and luggage racks.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The living room, off the entry and adjacent to the kitchen, has direct access to the back patio and pool area via large, glass French doors. It has a large leather sectional, working fireplace and 65” TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. The TVs are equipped with YouTubeTV. (Don’t forget to bring your Netflix or Prime account numbers should you want to view any movies on those apps.)
In the center of the home is the chef’s gourmet kitchen which features a huge granite island with bar seating at the island for 3, along with a work sink for the chef. The appliances feature a 4-burner stainless steel gas stove top with grill, dual ovens, a walk-in pantry, an oversized stainless steel, Monogram refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, microwave oven, wine refrigerator and 2 Meile dishwashers. There is plenty of workspace on the counters and island, along with a 45” TV to keep the chef entertained. The house has filtered water and just about all small hand appliances, serving and dishware you would need to whip up a gourmet meal for the entire group.
Also in the kitchen is a small breakfast table for 4, a workstation complete with desk and printer, and a bar area for mixing cocktails. A French door leads to the back patio area to the outdoor kitchen.
Next to the kitchen and adjacent to the family room is the dining room with seating for 8. It has a working fireplace and overlooks the private side yard with bay window views of the beautiful foliage and greenery.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
All glass French doors off the living room leads to the back patio and pool area. This is where it all happens outside. The patio has an outdoor kitchen area with large BBQ, warming draw, small fridge and plenty of storage. Six bar stools surround the outdoor cooking area.
The 20’ x 40’ infinity pool is the main attraction. Swim, float or do laps ‘til your heart’s content. The pool also has a kiddie area with just 1 foot of water…perfect for mom and the babes to wade in. Side seats along the length of the pool and a built-in hot tub make this a fully loaded pool. Go from the day swimming to the night in the hot tub enjoying the star-filled skies.
The pool is just the beginning for outdoor activities….there is an 8 person hot tub, a large firepit in the level below the pool, along with a lighted bocce’ ball court for night time competitions. There is so much to do you may not want to leave!
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.

You will be required to sign a Property Manager rental agreement for booking this property. By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33/night to cover any property damages up to $10,0000 and $1,000,000 in personal liability.
