The space
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Ralph Lauren meets Farmhouse chic in this brand-new ranch-style 3BR/2BA house with 2 bedrooms on one wing of the house and the master en suite on the other wing. The master en suite, is light-filled and spacious. Adorned with King size bed, the master has a ceiling fan, huge walk-in closet, and a 42" smartTV. The en suite has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, a private water closet and an oversized walk-in shower.
Bedroom two and three both have Queen size beds, office desks and chairs and share the 2nd bathroom. The 2nd bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
The living room’s sofas serves as another sleeping area with two comfortable Queen sleeper sofas. Take your pick.
All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and storage for your belongings.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home via a digital keypad and be completely wowed by the massive great room. Immediately to the right, the living space has two oversized sleeper sofas with ample seating for 6, an ottoman and a 65” SmartTV with a Bose Bluetooth Speaker sound bar, wired with basic cable and Roku. There is a fireplace where you can sit at enjoy some hot chocolate during the cold months. There is also a round table with 4 comfortable chairs, perfect as a game table, or conversation and cocktails.
The gorgeous chef’s kitchen features a huge granite island with 6 padded stools – a great place to hang while entertaining the chef, and all stainless steel appliances: a 5-burner gas stove with a griddle burner and gas oven, microwave oven, large Kitchen Aide refrigerator with side-by-side doors and freezer on the bottom, a 50- bottle wine fridge and dishwasher. The farmhouse style kitchen is complete with a single bowl farmhouse sink and all the cooking accessories you’ll need to cook up some gourmet meals.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room table with seating for 8 and direct access to the outside patio for dining al fresco.
A laundry room, and a game room with an additional living area, a ping pong table and a 40" SmartTV are all accessible for guests to have a great time. A second fridge is in the garage for the overflow of food and drink.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
A sliding door off the dining room/kitchen leads to the gorgeous back yard with a 18’ x 36’ pool (with shallow kiddie area), hot tub with a waterfall and patio area which contains a teak table and seating for 6. Lounge chairs are arranged around the pool with a sail shade for a bit of sun coverage. A fire bowl with seating for 6 under an old oak is the perfect spot the enjoy the night air, starry skies and some local Paso wine.
A FEW EXTRAS
If you need to work while trying to vacation or, perhaps, you’re doing a workcation, there are dedicated desks in 2 of the bedrooms along with hi-speed wi-fi for Internet access.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas (upper and lower areas). The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
PROVISIONS
A few miles from the house there is a Food 4 Less, Smart & Final, and a Walmart. In Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd’s and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them!
Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee’s where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
