SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master bedroom with an en suite features a king bed and a gas fireplace. The en suite has dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub, a separate dual-head, walk-in shower and a private water closet. Bedroom two has a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms both have king beds. These three bedrooms share a 2nd bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 5 has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over queen bunk...perfect for the kiddos (or adults - twin beds are XL and will hold up to 1000 lbs). The 6th bedroom duals as the family room and features a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed. The 5th and 6th bedroom share the 3rd bathroom which has a single sink and a large walk-in, dual head, tiled shower. All mattresses are brand new and are the highly-rated Casper mattresses. Bedrooms one through four all have TVs in them.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
This is a gourmet chef’s dream kitchen....complete with a Viking 6-burner stove top with a center griddle and dual ovens, a 60" side-by-side stainless steel Kenmore refrigerator, a microwave oven, a warming drawer, and enough counter space to cook a 5-course meal for dozens. Reverse Osmosis (RO) water and whole house water filtration runs throughout.
The 1500 sf garage has been converted into an awesome game room with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, basketball hoop, ping pong table, arcade games, pinball and exercise equipment. The family room is equipped with a 70" TV, a 15’ leather sofa with lounge chairs on either end. The living room features a gas fireplace for cozy conversation. Both TVs in the living room and family room are smart TVs. All TVs are either hooked up to cable, or ROKU, Amazon and Netflix. Don’t forget your log-in info for your Netflix or Prime accounts. The furnishings are Restoration Hardware and Magnolia Home decor for that chic Farmhouse style.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
Just outside the game room, there is a kiddies playground surrounded by a safety gate and rubber matting...perfect for the little ones. They can spend hours playing on the jungle gym, the playhouse and swings.
For the big kids, indulge in your own grill-fest in the outdoor kitchen under the open-air cabana with seating for a dozen, a king-sized, sun-heated swimming pool with Pebble Tec (heated from May to Oct), and plenty of lounge chairs, tables and a new Hot Tub which seats up to 6 to take in the bucolic views. Speaking of views, you will encounter some of the best sunsets and sunrises from this gorgeous location, while the stargazing is second to none.
KIDS & SAFETY
This family and kid-friendly home provides a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, booster seat, and lots of children’s books and toys. Exercise equipment is available in the game room and can be used at guests’ own risk. Please note, you and your kids will swim at your own risk and the pool is not fenced in. Children need supervision to use the pool. (The homeowner and Property Manager are not responsible for any misuse or injuries.)

Extras at Frontier Farmhouse include oversized washer and dryers, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, Roku, and parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities like dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with plenty of stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, and plenty of condiments. There is dinner service for 14 as well as plenty of serving necessities.

Other things to note
Pool will be heated May-October. IF weather cooperates, pool may be heated in April and as late as November.
PLEASE NOTE! You will be required to sign a Property Manager rental agreement for booking this property. By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. Further explanation of this insurance can be found in your Property Manager rental agreement.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS – Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.

2.) No pets left inside the home unattended, unless crated.
3.) You must clean up after your pet does his business outside!
4.) Pet fee $100 (2 dogs maximum, sorry no cats)
