THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Mission Vineyard is one of ten properties in the Country Brook Estates, a 100-acre gated private community adjacent to Route 46, three miles west of the City of Paso Robles. Mission Vineyard Villa Estate is ten acres, 7+ acres planted in 2022 with Rhone varietal grapes. This location provides quick, easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 West, Paso Airport, PR Event Center, Vina Robles Amphitheatre and over 250+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA.
The space
Mission Vineyard Villa is a recently built Architectural designed Villa of 3500 sq ft, with 22-foot wood-beamed ceilings in the great room and four bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. Nestled amongst the vines, it’s the perfect getaway for four couples, a ladies’ wine weekend, a birthday, an anniversary, and a
memorable family reunion. Truly live the wine country dream in this luxurious home.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Mission Vineyard Villa has four bedrooms on the ground level, each with private bathroom access.
The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, a huge walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has spa-like amenities: dual vanities with granite counters and travertine floors, an enormous jetted jacuzzi tub with vineyard views, a private water closet, and a huge open shower.
The second primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and features a King-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a single vanity with granite counters and a tub/shower combination.
The two remaining bedrooms have Queen-sized beds and share a bathroom. The bathroom has separate entrances into dual vanities with granite counters, a make-up area, and a separate enclosed tub/shower combination. Adjacent to these two bedrooms is the guest bathroom with a beautiful
hand-blown glass vessel sink and granite countertop.
All bathrooms have hair dryers and personal amenities, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and luggage racks. All bedrooms have separate outdoor accesses.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The great room is the heart of the home and the entertainment center. The great room has vaulted, wood-beam 22-foot ceilings. The great room windows have views of vineyards and rolling hills.
A gourmet kitchen at one end of the great room has a huge granite island, a hammered copper farm sink, and a raised bar made from crushed wine bottles from Tablas Creek with seating for 4.
The kitchen has a 4-burner stove with a central grill and three built-in ovens: a convection combination, a steam oven, and a warming oven. In addition, there is a toaster oven and microwave.
Additional high-end appliances include a Miele dishwasher, Thermador stainless steel French door refrigerator and freezer, and a generous floor-to-ceiling pantry.
The kitchen is stocked with additional appliances, including an enormous Instant Pot, which can also be used as sous vide water bath, Cuisinart food processor, blender, hand mixer, rice cooker, vacuum sealer, and Dutch oven.
In the center of the great room is a dining area with a solid wood trestle table with seating for 10.
The opposite end of the great room contains the centerpiece floor-to-ceiling Eco-friendly wood-burning fireplace containing a catalytic converter. In front of the fireplace is an oversized, comfy sectional accommodating seating for 6; there are two additional comfortable chairs.
There is direct access to the outside patio for dining al fresco.
The lower level features a family/game room with a large, oversized leather sectional, a 65-inch Apple Smart TV, a Peloton bike, exercise mats, and rollers. There are plenty of games to keep everyone busy for hours.
If you need to work while trying to vacation or, perhaps, you’re doing a workcation, there is a dedicated workstation with high-speed internet and an Epson printer and Fujitsu scanner, which are both wireless.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
French doors in the middle of the great room lead to covered large front and back patio areas.
The backyard features a Bocce Court and a grassy area perfect for a competitive game of croquet, volleyball, cornhole, or other outdoor games. The backyard patio is covered and protected from the sun and wind. There is a natural walnut dining table for eight and ample seating around a firepit for lively conversation. A large propane BBQ is ready for grilling up steaks from your favorite butcher.
The west side French doors lead to the front patio with comfortable seating to sit and sip your favorite beverages while enjoying the vineyard and beautiful central coast sunsets.
A generously sized 3-car garage boosts an EV LEVEL 2-charger. There is even enough room on the beautiful garage epoxy floor for a ping pong table so you can get your game on!
On the south end of the house is an orchard featuring apple, peach, pear, nectarine, and fig trees.
