As you ascend the staircase to the 2nd floor, you will find the primary bedroom, laundry machines, outdoor patio, and primary bathroom. The primary bedroom is located in a large rotunda-style octagon featuring large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The north-facing patio is located just off of the primary bedroom and offers a relaxing space to enjoy cocktails or an early morning coffee. Separated from the primary bedroom on the 2nd floor you will find a stackable laundry next to a large walk-in closet. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Parking for Della 102 is located in a parking court behind the building with one reserved space.
