Located in the recently completed Della building, this unique 2-story condominium is conveniently placed in the middle of the town center shops and restaurants. Upon entering the condo, you will find a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen with a large center island, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, both with one queen bed. These bedrooms are separated by a shared full bathroom. As you ascend the staircase to the 2nd floor, you will find the primary bedroom, laundry machines, outdoor patio, and primary bathroom. The primary bedroom is located in a large rotunda-style octagon featuring large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The north-facing patio is located just off of the primary bedroom and offers a relaxing space to enjoy cocktails or an early morning coffee. Separated from the primary bedroom on the 2nd floor you will find a stackable laundry next to a large walk-in closet. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Parking for Della 102 is located in a parking court behind the building with one reserved space.
