This beautiful home enjoys a coveted location on the South Sea Garden pedestrian path just a short walk to the beach as well as to the Town Center. This vacation rental offers something that can be difficult to find, namely four spacious bedrooms each with one king-sized bed and private baths. The first level offers a courtyard with a private, heated pool and outdoor dining area with built-in grill. Inside, guests will find a first-floor bedroom along with a large great room that includes the living area, dining area and kitchen with a large center island. A half-bath is also located on this level for convenience. On the second level, guests will find a sitting room with ample seating and TV, the laundry room and two more bedrooms. Finally, on the second floor, guests will find a very spacious primary suite with separate soaking tub, spa shower and expansive walk-in closet. The third level leads to an outdoor patio seating area looking over the rooftops of the town. Parking for this home is located in two designated spaces in the parking court behind the home.
