This vacation rental home features 4 bedrooms, all with private baths as well as additional sleeping areas and is a short walk to the Gulf and the emerging Town Center. The first floor features a guest bedroom with one queen-sized bed as well as an expansive kitchen with large center island, dining area, and spacious family room overlooking a private courtyard with a pool and covered seating area. Guests will also find the laundry room and a half-bath on this level. As you wind your way up an elegant staircase to the second floor, you will find the primary suite with one king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the South Sea Garden pedestrian path. Continuing down the hallway is a full bath and large alcove with two twin beds as well as the third bedroom with one king-sized bed. The fourth bedroom is quite unique with a large in-law suite with two bunk beds, a kitchen with a sitting area and one king-sized bed. This suite is accessible from the home or by an outside stairway for additional privacy. Finally, rising to the third level, guests will discover a large outdoor terrace with an outdoor gas fireplace and wonderful views of the town. There is even a slight view of the Gulf from the east side of the terrace. Parking for this home is in a two-car garage.
