Casa Gioia is a beautiful holiday home located on a hillside, just in front of the sea and it can accommodate up to 6 people. It is 80 sq m large and belongs to a property which consists of other 2 houses as well. It has got all kind of amenities, such as: air conditioning (or winter heating), living & dining areas, SAT TV, WI-FI Internet access, a well equipped kitchen, a private swimming pool and a terrace that is 150 sq m large, covered by a wooden roof, provided with a table and chairs and from where you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi coast. Casa Gioia is only 600 meters away from the center of Positano, where you will find bars, restaurants and shops. The bus stop both for the Amalfi-Sorrento line and the local city line is at only 200 meters, while the closest beach is 1.5 km far. Actually there is no need of a car if you stay at this place, but anyway if you have one, there is the possibility to park it in a garage (at extra cost) that must be reserved in advance. Please be aware that the access to this property is along a narrow road that is not suitable for large vehicles. Alternatively, you can park larger cars free of charge along the public roads (but the distance from where you succeed in parking your car to the property will depend on the availability of parking spaces). The house consists of a living room, (whose furniture is very cozy), that you can reach from the kitchen (fully equipped) and it has got a sofa and a couch and it is equipped with air-conditioning of course. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, an electric oven, a fridge with ice-maker, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace. From the corridor you can reach the three bedrooms, provided with elegant furniture, double beds (larger than a queen-size bed), air conditioning/heating units and en-suite bathrooms (with shower). In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine too. To conclude let’s talk about the swimming pool that has a circular shape. The pool area is equipped with a sun umbrella and three lounge chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an awesome view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
