Casa Dorothea 2 is located in a private residence together with other apartments on the hillside of Positano, a short drive from the town center.
The residence is provided with shared pool and there is also parking space (free for 1 car per unit).
To reach the house you have to walk along around 100 steps, which is not unusual in Positano, but it’s worth it!
As soon as you enter you will find a large terrace, provided with table and chairs, from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the mountains around. The terrace is partially covered by a pergola where guests can have alfresco dinners or lunches.
There are also a sofa with an armchair, a sunbed, a porch swing and a big umbrella.
From the terrace you can access, through a French door, the interior of the house. As soon as you enter you will find an ample sitting room, equipped with two couches, fireplace, table and chairs, TV, DVD. Connected to the living area there is the kitchen, fully equipped with all useful appliances: oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, kettle and toaster.
The house can accommodate 6 people (a 7th person can be accommodated in a couch adapted as a bed, for a daily fee), it has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and air-conditioning (one of these bedrooms has en suite bathroom); another bedroom has twin beds that can be joined. Then there are other two bathrooms (one with bath-tub the other with shower).
Casa Dorothea 2 comes complete with Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, washer, iron and board, hair dryers and it is provided also with heating for the winter months.

Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!
