Located in one of Toronto’s most popular areas! Some say it is the financial district, other say it is the waterfront area, but I like to claim it as both. With view right onto Lake Ontario, and access right into the heart of Downtown, my condo serves as a great getaway for anyone visiting Toronto and needing a place to stay. Located right across the street from union station, you are able to access most of Ontario and even CANADA!
The Kitchen
The kitchen has luxury granite counters, sleek dark brown cabinets and is stocked fully with cookware and all utensils, so that you can cook any type of meal you like and entertain guests comfortably at home during your stay. Cookware includes a set of pots and pans, dishware, glasses including wine glasses, and cutlery set, all in sets of 6 can be found in the kitchen, in addition to a coffee machine and tea kettle.
The Bedroom
Sleep among the stars on a luxury standard queen bed. The view from the bedroom is spectacular and will ensure a good night sleep. The bed is brand new and so is the mattress. All linens are changed on a continuous bases, and the mattress is so comfy you are not going to want to get out of bed!
The Washroom
The bathroom features a full shower, shampoo and shower gels. Bathroom linens and towels also included, all in white and changed on a regular basis.
The Building
The Maple Leaf building is recognized by many as one of the best buildings in Downtown Toronto and arguably Ontario. A renter friendly building, that gives the feel of a hotel on the outside and home on the inside. Indoor pools and a gym in the building, giving you the more and more reason to not leave the condominium tower.
PLEASE NOTE that short-term guests will not be able to use the building amenities and order/receive packages.

About the area
You are right in the center of where you should be if you are visiting Toronto. Right across from the condo is union station, Toronto’s central hub of transportation. A grocery store, Longos, is right downstairs. Besides the grocery store, is a mini mall, with restaurants, TD bank, coffee shops and clothing stores. LCBO, a liquor store, is also around the corner at 15 York St. Are you a big fan of sports? You can watch the most games from multiple venues that are right under the condo. The Maple Leaf square (also known as Jurassic Park) below is an outdoor venue equipped with a large theatre tv that brings crowds together to cheer for their favourite team! Real Sports Bar and Grill is my to go to spot when the Raptors are playing, a 1 minute walk from the condo. There are many cafes and restaurants that dot the area. E11even is in the building, Kelly’s Landing is across the street (123 Front St.), Eviva Brunch Restaurant is across the street (25 Lower Simcoe), and Beaver Tails dessrt is a minute away (145 Queens Quay). Try Copa Cabana for some Brazilian Steak at 230 Adelaide St West. Starbucks, Tim Horton’s and Second Cup Coffee are all within a 2-3 minute walk. Eaton Center (located on Dundas Station), Toronto’s busiest shopping mall, is a 15-minute walk away. It has all the brands you would need along with a Cineplex cinema across the street. PATH connects to it as well. Entertainment district is a 10-minute walk away. You can also access it from Union station. If you want to walk, you can walk on the street if the weather permits or take the PATH. It has great theater, lovely bistros and restaurants and great nightlife. Second City is a popular comedy club with something happening every day.
