Welcome to the villa Novue, located in beautiful Maslenica. This modern villa was built in 2024 and offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort and natural beauty, providing you with an unforgettable vacation on the Adriatic coast.
The villa Novue can accommodate up to 10 people, it is ideal for larger families or groups of friends. It contains four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds and a private bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a large sofa that can be used as an extra bed for two people, providing additional flexibility in accommodating guests.
The living room is spacious and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories, which allows you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy in the dining room or on the terrace.
In the yard there is a heated swimming pool of 40 m², surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Next to the pool is a spacious terrace, ideal for hanging out outdoors and enjoying warm summer evenings. The yard offers a beautiful view of the sea. Children will love the play area, which includes a badminton net, playhouse and soccer goals.
The house is completely fenced, ensuring your privacy and security. Pets are welcome for a fee of €10 per day. There is also a parking lot with 4 parking spaces for your vehicles.
