This apartment is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation that runs officially. According to Japanese laws and regulations, we need to ask all of our guests to submit their passport photos through online. For Japanese guest please submit us full name, address and phone number. And please submit us ID card photo or driver license for representative person.
We will provide you instructions on how to enter the room once we have verified everyone’s identity. If guests do not cooperate with us by providing us guest’s information, we regret to inform that we are unable to provide check-in details.

・ Please refrain from chatting or using speakers on the terrace after 9 p.m. as it will cause inconvenience to other guests. If complaints or reports are made to the police by neighbors, you may be asked to leave regardless of the time of day. (No refunds)

・ Please do not place wet bath towels on the bed after use. Please put them in the laundry basket or near the clothes hanger in each room.

・ Please cooperate by returning used equipment to its original place. If equipment is lost or damaged, we may charge you separately.

For breakfast we provide only 1 box of flour to use with bread maker and instant coffee. If you run out of this flour, please buy the another by yourself.

About garbage separation
Please help us by separating your garbage.
Please separate your garbage into four categories: burnable garbage (including plastic), cans, bottles, and PET bottles, and put them in the garbage bin in the kitchen.
Our cleaning staff will take care of your garbages after you check out. Please DO NOT take out any of your garbages outside the room, and DO NOT leave them on the balcony/veranda. Please tie up all your garbage bags for easy disposal. Long-stay guests who wish to remove the garbages from the apartment can message us and we will help you with garbage disposal. If the trash is full, please inform us only. You cannot take it to outside the house. If you take garbage outside, you will be charged by the local government.

> If you would like to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform us in advance since it is not free of charge.

> Our place is just an apartment, not a hotel. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc. as there are in hotels.

> Please have consideration towards the house and The neighbours as if they were your own.

> If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment. If you want to extend your stay, please advise us at least 48 hours before your check-out.
