Welcome to Crystal Gold. This coastal inspired five-bedroom four-bathroom home overlooks the neighborhood’s 30,000 square foot lagoon swimming pool. An open-concept living area welcomes you to the home with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The dining area off of the kitchen seats eight, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The chef won’t miss a conversation while whipping up a delicious meal in the kitchen. Located off the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a hall bath with tub/shower combo. Up the stairs to the second floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, coffee station with a microwave and mini fridge, and balcony access facing the community pool. A spacious attached bathroom offers double vanities, soaker tub, and walk-in shower. An additional bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, plus an attached bath with a tub/shower combo. The third floor includes another living room with ample seating with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, coffee station with a microwave and mini fridge, balcony, and bunk room. The bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. Sleeping up to 16 guests there is enough space for everyone to spread out. We allow one dog up to 30 pounds. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required, to add this please reach out to Property Managers. For added convenience this home includes a washer and dryer, four beach chairs, and a wagon.
