Located off of Scenic Gulf Drive, Maravilla 2205’s beach access is just a short trip across Highway 98 where you’ll be able to relax at the community’s private beach. Maravilla is a family favorite with a two-acre private beach and plenty of green space for the kids in this gated community. You’ll thoroughly enjoy the resort amenities, like the community pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, and much more. Maravilla 2205 is the perfect retreat for beach vacationing in sunny Destin, Florida. This is located in building 2 on the second floor. Maravilla is beginning a construction project in August 2024 running through May 2025 to recoat the walkways and the balconies. The balcony may be closed from August 19th 2024 to April 2nd 2025. There will be loud walkway demolition from November 11th to December 9th, 2024, but the building will remain open. The building will be closed from April 19th to April 26th, 2025. There’s an expansive private balcony accessible from the living area. You can sit back and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the serenity of your own private balcony. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area with seating for six. Additional seating for three is located at the breakfast bar. Both are comfortably spaced and suited to meet seating needs for all your family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite recipes in the comfort of your own vacation home. The master bedroom features a king bed, balcony accessibility, and a full private master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full bed, and it’s just a few steps from the guest bathroom. That bathroom is easily accessible to everyone in the home. Beach Service is available, but not included with this rental. We allow one dog up to 30 pounds.
