Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • QUIET TIMES are 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Please show Aloha and keep outside noise to a minimum.
  • • Only guests named on the contract are allowed to stay overnight on the property.
  • • Turn OFF all outdoor lights at night when not in use.
  • • No smoking/vaping or pets are allowed on the property.
  • • REMOVE SHOES and RINSE OFF SAND before entering the pool or home. You will be charged for damage caused by sand left in the
  • pool.
  • • Shake sand from items before placing it in the washer or dryer. You will be charged for damage caused by excess sand in the machine.
  • • DO NOT FLUSH tampons, pads, or wipes of any kind down the toilet. It will back up the plumbing. Toilet paper only.
  • • Conserve energy: Turn OFF AC units when not in the property and turn off lights when not in use.
  • • Do not take white bath towels outside. Use colorful beach towels provided for the beach. Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes on.
  • • Close the outdoor umbrellas when not in use.
  • • Diving or running in the pool area is strictly prohibited. Guest and other invitees shall use the pool at their own risk. Guest shall not permit use of the pool by unsupervised children or unregistered
  • guests.
  • • We do use pest control, however, keeping the countertops tidy and keeping loose food items in the fridge will help keep most of them at bay.
