Nestled in the popular Seacrest community – you have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, you’re less than 1 mile from Rosemary and Alys, and you have amazing access to the beach. Plus, at the entrance of Seacrest you have plenty of walkable options- coffee, pastries, pizza, and more! Highlights: - Beach Access: Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily from 9a-5:30pm and is less than 5 min walk from the home. You’ll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you’d rather walk instead of ride! It’s right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 8-10 min walk - Seacrest Lagoon Pool: You’ll have access to the 12,000 square foot Lagoon Pool- it’s truly a tropical paradise. It has lush landscaping, ample beach chairs, waterfalls, fountains, and dedicated children’s areas. Plus, a snack bar! - Beach gear: towels, 2 bikes, and beach chairs provided! - Family friendly – we have a pack n play and highchair for you to use with your littles. - Fully equipped kitchen with all you’ll need to cook for your friends and family. Plenty of space for everyone to hang! - The Views! Check out the floor to ceiling windows – the views from the kitchen and living room are beautiful, and you’ve got dining and lounge options outside on the deck too! - We’ve got you covered on coffee too. Coffee is provided and we have a standard drip coffee maker for you! - Starter kit for everything you’ll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. - All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner - Washer / Dryer Where you’ll sleep: - Primary bedroom: You’ll fall in love with this space. Private balcony entry, king size bed, Smart TV, and ample storage.
