Casa di Lucus is a charming apartment located within a prestigious building, just 500 meters from the historical center of Lucca and its ancient walls. Situated on the first floor of the building, accessible by elevator, Casa di Lucca features two balconies (each approximately 2 square meters). The interiors are thoughtfully designed in a modern style, furnished with fine décor, vibrant artwork, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The owners have carefully curated every detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests.
The apartment includes:
An entrance hall, a living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, television, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, American-style coffee machine. The living room opens onto the first balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The sleeping area consists of:
A spacious marble bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower.
One bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, better suited for 2 children) and access to the second balcony. One double bedroom. Both bedrooms have portable fans to ensure comfort.
Additionally, ample free parking is available directly in front of the building.
