Exclusive residence in a sunny, peaceful location in the countryside near Modica, on the south-eastern coast of Sicily. This beautiful property is immersed in a luxurious green setting that includes two other independent villas. All three villas have spacious terraces and a private garden. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and cafes, are all just a short drive away.
Less than an hour drive away we can find the nature reserve of Vendicari and the splendid baroque towns of theVal di Noto of Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse.
Built on a single floor, the interior of the villa is relaxing and welcoming and it offers a large and bright living room, a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
Just a few steps away from the property, we can find a large swimming pool (15x7m; 0.70m to 1.60m deep; open from 01/04 to 30/11), shared with only 2 other villas. A beautiful covered terrace and large private garden (1000 sq. m) complete this stunning villa.
