Welcome to Isola Gerroa — the ultimate Luxury Waterfront Escape
This stunning two-level residence is the perfect retreat for multi-family getaways. Boasting luxury finishes and amenities including infinity pool/hot spa, sauna, fireplace and upstairs hot tub all overlooking the crashing waves and pristine sands of Seven Mile Beach. Isola’s beautifully curated interiors are a nod to the Mediterranean way of life, and allow the space to be sophisticated and luxurious, yet playful and relaxed.
Thoughtfully designed with fully separate living (lounge/kitchen/dining/laundries) upstairs and downstairs. Suitable for extended family getaways or to accomodate a family upstairs (King room, 4 bunk room) and 2 smaller families downstairs (King room, Queen room, 4 bunk room).
Please note, there is only 3 car spaces that can fit on the driveway. ALL other cars must park on surrounding streets.
Please note there is a building site next door to the house. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
NOISE POLICY:
We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask outdoor music must stop or move inside by 9:30 PM with all doors and windows closed. All music inside and out must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are never permitted at any time.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES :
-Portable barbecues are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
-Nothing is to be placed on the front reserve at any time, including (but not limited to) equipment, furniture, or portable barbecues of any kind.
-Noise must remain respectful and considerate at all times.
-Quiet hours commence at 10:00pm. Noise monitors are installed inside the home. If noise levels exceed acceptable limits at any time (including before 10:00 pm), you will be contacted immediately and required to reduce the volume.
-Outdoor umbrellas must be securely strapped CLOSED when not in use. Fees will apply for any damage caused by failure to do so.
-Pool use is strictly permitted between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm only.
-3 vehicles may only be parked in the driveway anymore can be parked on surrounding streets. Parking on grassed areas is strictly prohibited. Just a friendly reminder, please avoid parking near the stairs as it may cause damage.
-Isola is a strictly no-party property. These rules are in place to ensure all guests enjoy their stay while respecting our neighbours and the surrounding community.
-Please avoid wearing footwear that may damage the flooring. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be repaired at the guest’s expense.
