The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite coin laundry facilities on each floor, a fitness center, 808 Deli and General Store, and open-air dining and full bar at the ground floor Restaurant coming late 2025. You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.
Enjoy the favorite Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that fronts many luxury homes and resorts. You can admire the sunset, be delighted by Humpback Whales in winter months, and access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddleboarding and kayaking. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach level.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
