8 Abbot is a private 3 bedroom, 1 bath condo located 1 minute outside of the Sunriver Village. Walking distance to Sunriver Shops, Restaurants, and local activities, this condo offers Sunriver at your fingertips. Sunriver is a National Dark Sky location, so at night you will be able to star gaze right from your private patio. Quiet hours begin at 10pm- until 7am.
Sleeping up to 8, this condo is the perfect fit for smaller families and small traveling groups. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second room has a queen. There are two bunks in the third room for the kids, plus board games. Does your 4-legged family member like to travel with you? This condo is dog friendly! In the summer months, there is a swamp cooler and it will be in the living room for your comfort. On the private deck there is outdoor seating, a gas barbecue, 3 bikes so you can ride around Sunriver’s finest 35+ miles of paved bike trails.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
