Located away from the hustle and bustle of busy Sorrento town, but close enough to be within walking distance from amenities, Casa Alba is only 15 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach access and 2.5km from the beach of Marina di Puolo. It offers stunning 180 degree views across the sea and Gulf of Naples with the island of Capri in the distance.
The house is part of a larger building but with its own private access gate and it develops over two levels.
On the ground floor we find the large living room with high ceiling, furnished elegantly with sofas, table with chairs for dining, TV and entertainment area. The living room gives direct access to the terrace, furnished with sun bed and table with chairs for al-fresco meals. The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with many amenities for cooking fresh Italian recipes. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
