Located away from the hustle and bustle of busy Sorrento town, but close enough to be within walking distance from amenities, Casa Alba is only 15 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach access and 2.5km from the beach of Marina di Puolo. It offers stunning 180 degree views across the sea and Gulf of Naples with the island of Capri in the distance.
The house is part of a larger building but with its own private access gate and it develops over two levels.
On the ground floor we find the large living room with high ceiling, furnished elegantly with sofas, table with chairs for dining, TV and entertainment area. The living room gives direct access to the terrace, furnished with sun bed and table with chairs for al-fresco meals. The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with many amenities for cooking fresh Italian recipes. On this floor, we also find one double bedroom with an additional single sofa bed and with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we find one separate bathroom with bath tub and one double bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace.
Outside, we find a private Jacuzzi tub (heated up to 36°C; 2.80 x 2.40m; for up to 4 persons; depth approx. 0.65m) and the large spacious terraces equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs.
