WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and other pools/amenities’ access INCLUDED! The space This WaterColor condo is a true gem among 30A vacation spots! You’ll be just STEPS away from the Beach Club and only one block from the Seaside Town Center! Sleeps up to 9 guests! As you step inside, you’ll notice the gorgeous hardwood floors that lead you into the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, with a built-in breakfast bar that has seating for three. The living room has a very bright and airy feel, with floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple french doors opening to the balconies. The first balcony features an outdoor dining table and two lounge-style chairs, while the second offers multiple different sitting areas and direct access from the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a King bed, a Twin-sized sleeper sofa, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub, plus balcony access! The second bedroom also has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a glass shower- this bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. For additional sleeping space, the living room offers two Queen-sized sleeper sofas. There is parking for 2 cars available. This unit comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 9 Guests): -Bedroom 1 (Master): King Bed, Twin-sized sleeper sofa, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower, separate soaking tub -Bedroom 2: King Bed and en-suite bathroom with glass shower (also accessible from hallway) -Two Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room There is a pack n’ play available for your use as well as an air mattress! Guest access Guests will have access included with their reservation to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Guests will also have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. Other things to note -Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. -In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Smoking is prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -Travel protection/insurance is not included. You are welcome to obtain this on your own. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons.
