Casa La Riva is a huge summer residence located in Positano in a 5-houses complex which offers a shared pool (only for guests use), a semi private beach with a private access all surrounded by one of most enchanting garden of this sweet little village.
This complex was a 13th century watch tower surrounded by trees, nowadays exploit as holiday estate, which includes 5 houses, is a unique property thanks to its position where from you can enjoy the marvelous view over Positano’s bay and the Amalfi coastline.
Casa La Riva features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two terraces, a shared pool, private access to the beach as well as an indoor pool (only for Casa La Riva's guests) and can accommodate up to 8 people.
This splendid house offers a nicely furbished living room with TV, music system and DVD player, a large kitchen well equipped, an indoor dining area as well as an outdoor dining area all equipped with table and chairs, fantastic sofas and armchairs all with the best view over the bay.
There are 3 terraces, the garden terrace that features sitting and dining facilities, a terrace with a solarium on the bedrooms level, and the other located on a lower level that offers and outdoor shower to cool off on the warmest days.
The breathtaking garden includes olive trees, lemons, tangerines and pomegranates, which are mixed with typical species of the Amalfi Coast, such as the carob tree, the Opuntia vulgaris (prickly pear cactus), the aloe, the giant agave the Euphorbia Canariensis and Bougainvillea are also stramonium, echeveria, cycas, clematis, euphorbia, hibiscus and jasmine.

The property is located below the street level and there are about 70 steps both downhill and uphill along a footpath. We suggest using town porters for the luggage. The fee is € 15 per piece from 7 AM to 9 PM (€ 20 per piece if arriving by boat) and € 20 per piece from 8 PM to 8 AM. Costs may vary.
The closest parking is "Central Parking Di Gennaro", daily cost starting from Euro 40, depending on the type of vehicle (direct payment). Distance about 10 minutes uphill, from the parking lot to the property.
The nearest grocery is: Delicatessen.
Pharmacy, bar, patisserie / rotisserie, banks and groceries all in Piazza dei Mulini, about 5 minutes walk downhill from the property.
