Villa Monica is an exclusive residence with a private pool, located in a panoramic position on the outskirts of Noto, is the perfect starting point to easily reach by car the nearby historic center of Noto, as well as other charming baroque towns like Syracuse, Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla. Additionally, the surrounding area includes the Vendicari Nature Reserve, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, and some of the most beautiful beaches on Eastern Sicily.
Surrounded by a spacious garden of over 4000 square meters with olive trees, aromatic and ornamental plants, there is a large private pool 4x14 mt. depth 1.5 mt. with a Jacuzzi corner, perfect for cooling off and enjoying relaxing moments in complete privacy. it also features an original safari lodge tent with a game room (pool table, foosball, and ping-pong table).

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Minimum stay 4 nights;
- Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
- Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00) upon request with extra charge of Euro 30.00
- A security deposit of 1000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
- Important note: the tourist tax of 3.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 6 nights, to be paid at the check in time

- Final cleaning including a 4 hour mid week cleaning.
