VILLA BRUNELLA - SALO AREA
Located in the area of Salo’ town, close to Gardone Riviera, Villa Brunella is an historic residence offering a private swimming pool and surrounded by a beautiful garden with old trees. Only five minutes walk to the lake where you can find restaurants and shops, the villa is ideal for a family holiday looking to be close to amenities. Gardone Riviera town is also only 850 metres away; there, you can find the ferry and a multitude of shops, restaurants and more!
The villa develops over 3 levels, starting on the mezzanine floor.
On the mezzanine floor, we find the living room with sofas (for 8) and TV corner, the dining room, adjacent to the kitchen and can accommodate up to 10 people, the kitchen which is equipped with all major and minor appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes, pots and utensils. The sleeping area on this floor consists of one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower where we can also find the washing machine.
On the first floor we have the main sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub.
On the attic floor we have one double bedroom and small bathroom with small bathtub.
Outside, set in a garden of 2000 square metres, the villa has a private swimming pool (8x5m) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. The outdoor dining table is located in the garden, near the pool and seats up to 10 people. There is also a barbecue and table tennis.
Facilities: air conditioning (in 3 of the bedrooms), Wi-Fi Internet, HD TV (with SKY satellite, sky astra, netflix and USB connection), washing machine, iron, hairdryers, parking for 4-5 cars, barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes, pots and utensils.
