VILLA JAKA - SPLIT AREA Located in the most exclusive part of Split at the foot of Marjan hill, Villa Jaka is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. A wonderful choice for families or groups of friends, the villa offers total privacy while being close to shops, restaurants, the Diocletian’s Place, the famous Riva, and just 100 meters from the nearest beach. Villa Jaka (500 sqm) develops over three levels (ground floor, first floor and second floor). On the ground floor you will find a living room, an area for dining, a well-equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). The first floor features a large living room (with sofas and TV), a dining room with access to the terrace (with table seating 10) and the main kitchen. On this level, you will also find a studio library room, a sauna, fitness room and guest bathroom (with toilet). On the second floor, you will find one double bedrooms (with king size bed, TV, and sea view terrace) with ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed, TV, and sea view terrace) with ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower). There are also two further double bedrooms (with double beds, TV, and terrace) and one common bathroom (with shower). Outside, you will find a private swimming pool (12m x 6m; the pool is open during the same period the villa is rented) surrounded by spacious terraces and a large garden.
