VILLA LUKA - SUMARTIN AREA
A traditional Dalmatian stone house, Villa Luka is located in the centre of a picturesque village of Brac island, close to the sea. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, shops, bars, etc. and of course, the beach. The location is ideal for those who do not want to drive too much and enjoy the local life. Close by, in Bol, you will be able to find a lively nightlife and sports activities. The ferry-port in Sumartin connects a part of the island with the land. Main occupations are farming, viniculture, olive growing, fishing and tourism. Situated on the regional road running along the island; ferry port and connection with Makarska. The village set in the vicinity of the big quarries, used the stone for the paving of lanes, for the dents (the nails) on the house walls, for the doorways and for the stone seats in the shade of the clumps of trees in the Sumartin yards.
The villa develops over two levels. The first floor can be reached via external stairs and internal ones.
On the ground floor, at pool level, we find the living area with sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, and the kitchen/bar area. There is one separate guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the second floor, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a double sofa bed.
