Villa Berenice

Villa Berenice is located on the south-eastern side of the island of Paros, near Drios. Built with the typical Cycladic architecture, it is set in a very panoramic position overlooking the Aegean, the Golden Beach and Drios Bay. Villa Berenice develops over three levels, with the main entrance on the ground floor. The lower floor is not connected internally with the other 2 floors. There is also a stone studio on the pool level. GROUND FLOOR Living area with sitting place, dining table decorated with contemporary art pieces, open plan kitchen with bar area. Guest twin bedroom (convertible in double on request) with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace with sea views. FIRST FLOOR Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a roof veranda with amazing panoramic views. LOWER FLOOR (pool level) From the pool patio there is access to another attractive separate guest bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. STUDIO Sitting room convertible in twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. One extra bed is available upon request. Outside area: private infinity pool, terraced garden, pergola, hammock, sunbeds, loungers, sitting areas. Facilities: private pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms, internet WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, flat screen sat TV, CD/DVD player, Hi-Fi system, telephone line for internal calls, hair dryer. Daily maid service and change of linen and towels every third day included.
