Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

We do not use lockers for check-in, because we work exclusively with private homes, it is important for us to verify that the person checking in is the same person who made the booking.   • At our exclusive holiday home rental company, we are committed to providing our guests with the highest level of service and convenience. To ensure that your check-in process goes smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you arrive within the designated check-in time: 16:00-20:00.
  • In the event that you are unable to arrive within the designated check-in time, we offer the option for a late check-in for an additional fee. The late check-in fee covers the costs associated with having a member of our team available outside of regular business hours to assist with your check-in.
  • Please note that the late check-in fee may vary depending on the time of your arrival, and that this fee is separate from your rental fees. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a late check-in, in order to avoid any delays or complications upon your arrival.
  • BABY COT/CHAIR
  • At Property Manager - Málaga, we understand that travelling with young children can be challenging, which is why we want to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We are pleased to offer our guests the option to rent a baby cot and/or baby chair during their stay.
  • Please note that our houses do not come equipped with a baby cot or baby chair, but our company is happy to provide them to our guests for an additional cost. To inquire about prices and availability, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • Please note that the availability of our baby cot and baby chair rentals may be limited, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure these items for your stay.
