The Carysfort Lighthouse Suite is a luxury 1 BD/ 1.5 BA stand-alone home located directly in front of one of our two brand new oasis pools with direct access to the pool deck and brand-new property amenities that sleeps up to 4 guests. Completely renovated in 2024, the Suite is our premier unit and offers breathtaking pool views through the rear glass folding doors with Key West Lighthouse and partial Duval Street views from the private front porch located on a quiet Key West Lane. The suite also comes with an exclusive off-street parking spot for your stay. Please note that this unit just hit the nightly rental market so there are limited reviews.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
