The Lighthouse Group Suite is a combination of two 2 BD/ 1 BA Suites delivering two luxury king bedrooms and two luxury queen bedrooms with two luxury bathrooms accommodating up to 12 guests. This listing includes the entire first floor of our historic 1930s Key West building featuring two of our luxurious suites, the American Shoal and Alligator Reef Lighthouse Suites with a lockout door that can be opened to combine the suites as one. It also delivers a front porch with Key West Lighthouse and partial Duval Street views and a private rear patio area offering Key West Lighthouse views tucked away on a quiet Key West Lane. The Suite is located steps away from our two brand new oasis pools and property amenities.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
