Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).

The nearest paid car park is Pottergate Car Park and all guests have access to the entire house, amenities and all property is only for you.
You have a self-check-in to make sure you can schedule your time according to your own plans. All important details will also be shared with you before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

On the first floor, the living area invites you to unwind with a comfy sofa, two snug chairs, and a Smart TV – ideal for chilled evenings in. Just off the living space is a bright, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need. A dining table in the kitchen seats four – perfect for easy meals after a day out.
Upstairs, on the second floor, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a cosy double bed, soft linen, bedside lighting, and space to unpack. One of the bedrooms also includes a small desk with a screen – great for checking emails or planning your next day out.
The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, complimentary toiletries, soft towels, a mirror, and a hairdryer.
Please note the property has its own private entrance and is accessed via one flight of stairs leading up to the first floor, where the kitchen and living area are located.
As the building retains its original period features and is in a central location, the stairs are slightly steeper than modern standards. A handrail is provided for support.
