With it’s superb oceanfront location and spacious luxury, it doesn’t get much better than Opulence Beach House on Marine. This 5-bedroom home features multiple living spaces and outdoor areas, and is cleverly divided into 2 residences – perfect for large families.

The private front courtyard is complete with an 8 seater outdoor table setting with Weber BBQ, set amongst the manicured garden. The rear fenced courtyard has another table and chairs setting for your comfort and is perfect for little ones to safely play and to have more room for the family to stretch out. The property features ducted air conditioning throughout, for your comfort. The front and rear of the property is fenced with code locked gates for your privacy and security.
The renovated kitchen has an ample breakfast bar and a large fridge/freezer, plus Delonghi coffee pod machine, microwave, dishwasher. The beautiful timber dining table is perfect for family meals. The downstairs area also has a 2nd kitchen and living room with 75” Smart TV, perfect for grandparents or additional preparation space.
The master bedroom is complete with King bed, smart TV, walk-in-robe and a gorgeous ensuite. The star of the ensuite is a gorgeous large freestanding bathtub, perfect for relaxing on your holiday. The Adjacent shower also has a handheld and rainshower head available.
Enjoy ocean glimpses and watching the world go by from the airy balcony, with ceiling fan and louvres for your privacy and comfort. Perfect for morning coffees and listening to the birds or for catch ups with a favourite drink in hand at sunset.
Pop across the road for a dip in the ocean before rinsing off in the outdoor garden shower in the front courtyard.
The upstairs, indoor/outdoor side balcony contains a 10 seater dining table, perfect for special occasions and gathering the whole family. This area is surrounded by lush palms and complete with ceiling fans for your comfort, and has glass panels to enclose the area in all weather conditions.

Enjoy rainy days amongst the array of books, games and the retro arcade game machine with over 2000 games from Super Nintendo and Atari.

Only 700m to the heart of town and right across from beautiful Kingscliff beach, this location has it all.
Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
