Your new home is steps to toes in the sand. This 1 BR /1 BA is fully appointed for short or long stays. You’ll love the queen bed, feather pillows, sevenfold towels, down duvets, central heat and air, queen sofa bed with linens, beach chairs, and shared beach front deck. From your front door, turn right and you’re a short walk to the beach. Pets are welcome. There are 2 parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars. Cook meals with the induction cook top and convection oven. Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
