Enjoy our Miami Beach vacation space for comfort in our recently decorated beachfront 3 BDR & 2 BA condo. We offer superior accommodations and resort amenities for those looking to enjoy the local excitement which includes poolside bar and grill, 2 heated swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and fitness center. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away. Our unit is a great option for those looking for spacious accommodation and a convenient location. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large open living room with dining area, a private balcony with ocean, Intercoastal and city skyline views, WiFi and expanded cable TV included. Washer/dryer included. The main bedroom features 3 twin beds (2 can be assembled as a king bed upon request) with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes 2 single beds (can be combined to make a king as well) and shares a bathroom with the third smaller bedroom (no window) has a queen bed. Other features includes for additional fees beach lounges and water sports on the beach, complimentary concierge - bellhop - gift shop - coffee shop - dinner restaurant. Unit base rate includes 7 guests, additional guest $45 per night up to maximum 8 guests (rollaway provided for 8th guest). Our amenities include: - two heated pools, one for families and one designated for adults only - pool and beach towels provided daily - two shared hot tubs - poolside cabanas (additional fees) - Tiki Bar with comfort food in the pool and beach area (additional fees) - direct beach access (lounges on the beach and water sports additional fees) - concierge - bellhop - complimentary Wi-Fi - gift shop - coffee shop - dinner restaurant - Fitness Center with sauna and steam room Guests have access to all common areas: - Beach: direct access from lower-level pool - Pool: pool chairs, pool/beach towels and umbrellas - Lobby/Front Desk open 24/7 - Concierge Desk - Valet parking available (paid separately upon arrival) The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall. Uber, Lyft, rental cars, and cabs readily available. Miami Beach, golf courses, and nightlife entertainment are minutes away. Miami airport - approx. 20 minutes ride FLL airport - approx. 35 minute ride Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee which is included in our nightly rate. No surprise fees. There is only a $250 fully refundable security deposit taken upon arrival. Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area. Beach lounges and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and is managed by a 3rd party company but can be arranged through us).
