As you wander throughout the whole house you will be wowed by the XL bedrooms, high end finishes, gleaming hardwood floors and many designer touches not often found in a rental home. The first floor of this home was designed exactly how Bald Head Islanders want to spend their time when not outside - all together. The XL grand living area has a living room that offers comfortable but elegant furniture for a crowd, a mounted flat screen TV, and a screened-in porch with more living space. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space, butler’s pantry, new top of line appliances, a fully stocked spice cabinet, multiple coffee makers and designer cookware, will make cooking a breeze. With bar stool seating at the kitchen island, and dining room seating for eight, guests will have plenty of space and everything to create great memories with family and friends while enjoying meals on vacation. The first of several master suites is found on the first floor with a king-sized bed, a private and spacious XL spa bath and access to an outdoor deck for lounging and outdoor dining. If this is a working vacation - there is an office nook for your convenience with monitor, printer and chair and a desk in one of the bedrooms. The second floor has a special bonus nook for reading, TV watching or just some quiet time. This floor boasts an additional master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and private full bath. Also on this floor are two additional bedrooms - one with a king bed and one bunk room with four XL twin beds. These two bedrooms share a delightful coastal full bath with a tub and shower. Walk across the deck to a separate crofter designed for those families needing some extra quiet space. This king suite also has an elegant step in shower and smart TV. There are two golf carts provided for your use to enjoy the island – one four passenger and one six passenger. For those with small children, this home also provides the convenience of a stroller wagon, baby toys, baby bouncer, bath seats, kid kitchen ware, highchair, and a pack n play. For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There is a flat screen TV provided in the living room, upper sitting area, and king bedrooms. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels make your trip to the beach fun and easy. For an extra treat, take a quick walk to the wildlife overlook at dusk and be amazed at the nesting Ibis and egrets. An alligator is often spotted in the lagoon. Also provided for your stay: Bedroom and Bath Linens. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
