Chalet Riparian in an Property Manager property in La Clusaz.
It is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom chalet with accommodation across three floors.
The Property Manager team’s opinion -
We think it has one of the best locations in the area - by the ice rink and Beauregard Telecabin, with the village centre just 200m away and yet enjoying its own secluded garden edged by mountain streams. It’s perfect for skiers and non-skiers.
After a day in the mountains, it’s great to return to the chalet and relax in the sauna and hot tub before enjoying a pre-dinner apero on the terrace, underneath the stars. The only intrusion you may have is from the telecabine passing overhead during the day, the owners have landscaped the garden to ensure privacy as much as possible, and the hot tub is on a sheltered terrace on the opposite side of the chalet.
The garden at Chalet Riparian is being landscaped to provide terraced areas with built-in benches, and lighting will make it a delight in the evenings. Parents of young children will need to supervise them around the streams, but in the summer they will be a great place to cool off - one even has a small beach area in the forest.
The chalet has five shower rooms, three of them en suite, and although there are no baths, the sauna and hot tub make great places to relax and soothe any aching muscles.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
PLEASE NOTE: The access road has a sharp incline in places and care should be taken when descending, especially in winter. It is imperative that your vehicle is fitted with the correct equipment (snow chains as well as winter tyres, especially if not a 4x4) and you are confident driving in snowy and icy conditions. While the road is regularly cleared of snow, we cannot guarantee that it will be clear as soon as you need to use it (for example to depart for a flight). If there is heavy snowfall we recommend that you leave your car in one of the public car parks in the village and only take it to the chalet for collection and drop-off.
The private access road may only be used by guests staying at Chalet Riparian, who use it at their own risk. The owner accepts no liability for any loss or injury suffered as a result."
IMPORTANT : there is a stream on both sides of the property and children should always been supervised by adults.
