The Property Manager team’s opinion -
Chalet Les Vardafes is a four-bedroom, three bathroom chalet for eight guests in the quiet village of La Chapelle d’Abondance, part of the Portes du Soleil ski area.
We love the spacious living area, which opens on to a balcony with superb views of the mountains. Three of the four bedrooms also have access to balconies, so you can start your day with coffee al fresco!
The chalet also has a hot tub and a large garden, where children will enjoy running around in the summer, or playing in the snow in the winter. The owner/managers live next door, and are always happy to give recommendations on places to visit and how best to get around.
The four bedrooms are all good sizes, especially the master suite on the ground floor, which has a dressing area and a shower room. There are three more bedrooms on the top floor - two more double rooms (one with its own shower room) and a twin room. There’s also a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate WC.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
