Welcome to Altitude Adjustment at Eagles Nest, a stunning retreat in the Vineyard Reserve near Eagles Nest Winery. Built in 2024, this luxurious home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and entertainment, making it an ideal getaway.
The main level greets you with a spacious kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a large 4’x8’ granite island with seating for four, a pantry for guests, and a live-edge dining table accommodating up to 12. The adjacent living room offers a cozy gas fireplace and an 85" Roku TV with a YouTube TV subscription for endless entertainment. On one side of the home, the primary king ensuite provides a private haven with a 55" TV, deck access, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom boasting a tiled steam shower, double granite vanity, and a water closet. On the opposite side, the second king ensuite also offers a 55" TV, deck access, and a walk-in closet, ensuring equal comfort for all guests. A laundry room and mud entrance complete the main floor’s amenities.
The lower level is an entertainment paradise, featuring a second living area with another 85" TV, a leather sofa, and a wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge and sink. Guests can enjoy games on the solid wood ping pong table and shuffleboard. This level includes a king bedroom with deck access and a TV, situated next to a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and granite counters. The fourth bedroom is a unique bunkroom with two custom twin-over-queen beds, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite with a tiled shower and granite counters.
Outdoor living spaces elevate the experience. The main-level deck features a 75" TV, a gas fireplace, a high-top table with four chairs, comfortable seating, a gas grill, and breathtaking views of seven mountain layers. The lower deck adds a hot tub, another 75" TV, chairs, and a swing, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the views.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
-Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All linens and towels provided.
- The garage is private space for the owner.
- This homeowner monitors the driveway with two security cameras.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
