Up the stairs to the main living floor is where you’ll find the family living space with tropical décor and furnishings. There is comfy seating with an HD flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a lovely wood dining table. This home is absolutely perfect for a multi-generation family vacation. On the second and third floors are primary bedrooms that boast premium bed-sets, balconies, and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities, and walk-in showers, and the second-floor primary has both a walk-in shower and tub. There are two spacious twin bedrooms and one Queen bedroom; these rooms have plenty of storage space and TVs and share the hall bathroom, which has a shower and tub combination. These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology. This property does not allow pets. 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Property Manager, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
