Already a week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment and everything there is to see and do in the surroundings. Upon arrival, our concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you inside Never Say Never, and will be completely at your disposal throughout your stay to help you with any needs: suggestions on restaurants, local activities, bookings, or immediate support. At the time of departure, they will be present to greet you and ensure that your experience has been perfect. This personalized service is also available via chat, guaranteeing quick responses and immediate assistance. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50 E is required. A security deposit of 150 E is also provided, payable in cash at check-in or by credit card.
