Feel the warm sunshine on your smiling face and the sand underneath your feet at the Gulf of Mexico beaches, just a short stroll away. When you first walk in the front door, you’ll be welcomed into the great large room with stunning tile floors, high ceilings, and glass doors leading out to the spectacular backyard. The gourmet kitchen is designed with white cabinets and island seating for four guests and is equipped with all the essentials for creating great meals. Gather your friends and family at the dining table to catch up over a glass of wine, and afterward, get cozy on one of the sofas and settle in for a movie night. The primary bedroom is outfitted with luxuriously plush bedding, an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous vanity and standalone tub, and this suite even has access to the backyard pool area. The second and third bedrooms have King beds, bright natural lighting, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of space for beach bags. Across the hall is the fourth bathroom with an updated shower and tub combination and a washer and dryer. Holmes Beach offers fabulous restaurants and shops within walking distance of this home, or you can rent a bake or even a golf cart. Fish with the locals on a charter or at the Historic AMI City Pier, go birdwatching at the nearby preserves, kayak along the stunning bay, and even take a sunset cruise to complete your vacation. There are no pets allowed in this home. This home is managed by Property Manager, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
