Quietly nestled on a hillside, the property is ideally set up for outdoor living with a spacious balcony, shared use of a pretty garden and a shared pool, a terrace for outside dining and a large stone BBQ.
The newly renovated apartment is arranged over the ground floor of a three-story building and benefits from a stylish open plan living space that’s furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a large flatscreen satellite TV and a dining table. This area seamlessly opens out to the balcony through large sliding glass doors and incorporates a modern kitchen fitted with: a Dolcegusto coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer

This picturesque fishing village is home to the Aril River, the smallest river in Italy, which flows through the village into Lake Garda. The property is a 1-minute walk from the marina and lakeside promenade where guests will find a bar, various eateries, a small supermarket, a museum and a beautiful bronze sculpture titled La Bagnante ("The Bather"), by Spanish artist Luisa Granero.
The lovely town of Malcesine, which is dominated by Castello Scagligero, built in the 14th Century, is a 10-minute drive from the property. The town has several excellent restaurants and cafés, many with lake views. The town also hosts a Saturday market (8 am to 1 pm) offering the freshest local produce as well as fashion and accessories. From the Porticciolo di Malcesine (a 15-minute drive), you can take a ferry to the towns of Limone and Riva and enjoy a day out on the lake.
The closest international airport is Valerio Catullo (VRN) in Verona, approximately a 1-hour drive away.
