The swimming pool has been carefully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, making it the perfect place to unwind or spend pleasant days with family and friends. Next to the pool is a pool house with a fully equipped bar, perfect for preparing your favourite summer drinks.
The outdoors spaces are also fully equipped to prepare evening pizza in the traditional stone oven or make delicious grilled meat and vegetables on the barbecue while sipping a drink on one of the terraces.
The property can be reached via a very short stretch of dirt road (30 meters), once past the gate you immediately have the feeling of being on holiday. The parking can comfortably accommodate 4 cars under the pergola, the property is completely fenced.

Going towards the sleeping area we find a double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor.
In addition to the main house, this property consists of a charming annex with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom that can accommodate up to three people in a double bed and a single. There is also a pool house (with double bed) under the main house with a fully equipped bar, kitchen and bathroom.
