The property sits on two fenced & gated acres surrounded by 88 olive trees, offering complete privacy, panoramic views, and resort-style amenities. Downstairs is a modern kitchen with center island. The kitchen is equipped with all the right appliances and accessories even for the most discerning chef. The kitchen opens to a dining room that not only has elegant lighting and views, but it also seats eight comfortably. Off the dining room is a stand-up bar where guests can enjoy a glass of Umbrian wine or perhaps a cocktail.
