Entering the ground floor of the villa, you immediately find yourself in front of a beautiful open kitchen with a modern design that overlooks a dining area equipped with a rustic table for 8 people. Three steps lead to a lounge area with sofas, ideal for relaxing, reading or watching a film on the flat screen TV. From this area of the house, a French door leads to the back garden with a shaded pergola and a comfortable outdoor relaxation area. Upstairs, accessible only by an external staircase, we find three bedrooms: two of these are double and share a modern and spacious bathroom with double sink and hydromassage shower.
