This 7 bedroom Anna Maria Island luxury vacation rental home offers an amazing location just steps away from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This gorgeous and unique rental home will leave you breathless, and with plenty of space and privacy for a single-family, multi-family, or large group of friends and/or family combined - everything you could want in a luxury beach vacation rental home is found here at The Ritz. This home features 7 bedrooms, with 6 King beds, a Full over Full bunk bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed. On the top floor of the home, you’ll find an open and inviting living space that features a coffee bar and mini-fridge. This room was designed to feature partial views of the water and coastline through a large sliding glass door and three oversized windows. Much like the living area downstairs, this space also has access to a balcony space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying refreshing Gulf breezes. The top floor is where all 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located. The first bedroom is the master bedroom or the "Captain’s Quarters". This oversized room features access to a balcony, a King bed, a huge walk-in closet, and bathroom with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a free-standing bathtub inside the shower space - so fill up the bubble bath all the way to the top! The second bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, with a King bed. The third bedroom features a King bed, access to the same balcony that the master bedroom shares, and an ensuite bath as well. Continue up the outdoor spiral stairs to the rooftop deck, where you can relax in the beautiful salty breeze and take in the island from above. Then, you’ll take the stairs back down to the main level (2nd floor) and you’ll find yourself in an open and airy great room. This living room is extremely spacious and accommodating for large groups. It features high-end furniture and finishes, another bar area, and a large HDTV. We also provide complimentary WiFi so you can stay connected when you need to. The dining area offers ample seating, and between the dining room and kitchen bar top space, there is room for everyone to eat in one place. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room and has a very inviting feel to it. Also on this main level of living, you’ll find the remaining 4 Bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a King bed and it shares a hall bath with the fifth bedroom that also has a King bed. The sixth bedroom has the final King bed, and it also shares a hall bathroom with the seventh bedroom which has a Full over Full bunk bed. With an additional balcony on the rear of the home with access to the pool area, your group will effortlessly enjoy each other’s company! Back down to the ground level, you’ll find some of the best features of the home. The covered patio space underneath the home boasts a Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, outdoor dining table, sitting area, wet bar with TV, and a heated pool and spa. Your family will absolutely love this area, and you’ll have a blast here in your swimsuits and cover-ups, while you jump in and out of the pool, BBQ, or kick back in a lounge chair or bar stool and watch some TV. This home is absolutely amazing. You’ll feel like you have your own private resort, and the memories you and your family or friends make during your stay on Anna Maria Island will last a lifetime.
