Enjoy Marbella from this modern, recently renovated south-facing apartment for up to 4 guests, located in the peaceful residential community of Locrimar Phase V, close to Puerto Banús.
Bright and comfortable, the apartment features a spacious private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and communal swimming pools, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors. Although located on the ground floor, its elevated position gives it a first-floor feel and provides additional privacy.
The Property
The living and dining area features a Smart TV and direct access to the terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen also provides access to the laundry area.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. A second full bathroom with shower is also available.
The apartment includes central air conditioning with heating and cooling, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV and a private parking space.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
Locrimar Phase V offers beautifully maintained tropical gardens, sun loungers and two outdoor communal swimming pools.
Important: the pools are seasonal and are usually open from 16 June to 15 September, from 10:00 to 21:00. Opening dates and times are determined by the community and may be subject to change.

Located close to Puerto Banús, the apartment provides easy access to Marbella’s beaches, seafront promenade, restaurants, beach clubs, boutiques, supermarkets and shopping areas.
Puerto Banús is approximately a 15–20 minute walk away, and the property offers convenient access to the A-7.
Golf enthusiasts will also find Los Naranjos Golf, Aloha Golf and La Quinta Golf within a short drive.
Important Information
A security deposit is required. The amount is specified in the booking conditions and will be fully refunded after departure, provided the property is left in good condition and the house rules have been respected.
Parties and events are not permitted. Guests are kindly requested to respect the residential community and avoid disturbing neighbours, particularly during quiet hours.
