Set near Petra in the center of Mallorca, this cozy villa with private pool, terrace and barbecue can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This lovely house is in the center of the island and is perfect for a quiet holiday with friends and family. Each Wednesday takes place the local market in Petra where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers. Afterwards, you can try good tapas at the square and visit the chapel Puig de Bonany which is a viewpoint at the same time.
A 30 minutes’ drive takes you to the beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina in the North or Porto Cristo and Cala Millor in the East. A car is necessary. You may start your day with a refreshing bath in the 9 x 6 metres chlorine pool or sunbathe in the garden. There’s a barbecue area, perfect for a summer dinner with friends and family. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
